Hello riders! This Month, June 25th, the CCVMF will hold their annual picnic at Lake Dixon in Escondido. The picnic is open to all riders and their families as well as our friends, families and the staff and their families of Calvary Chapel Vista. We will be serving brats, burgers and sides along with all the trimmings. The brats will be topped with Mike (Road Kill) Andrew's famous peppers and onions. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
The cost will be $5 per person. Kids under 12 eat free! For those who attend Calvary Chapel Vista, we will be having signups Sunday June 12th and June 19th at Calvary Chapel Vista, in the courtyard, after both services. For those of you who do not attend Calvary Chapel Vista, you can RSVP to davehommel@calvaryvista.com. Please RSVP by June 20th, if you plan on attending, as we have to finalize our menu and purchase supplies.
For our riders, there will be a short ride through the back country, which will end up at Lake Dixon. For those of you who do not ride, please plan on arriving no later than 11:00 am. There may be a $5 entrance fee per vehicle, depending on whether on not they are manning the front gate on the day of our event, so be prepared.
