Hey Riders! It's Guido the dumb biker dude with a ride update from last month's ride to Barrett Junction.
Thirteen bikes and 19 people saddled up and rode to Barrett Junction for a great day of riding and fellowship. We were blessed to have some brothers and sisters from CMA (Christian Motorcycle Association) ride with us.
While we expected some cooler temperatures, it was actually warmer than anticipated, which made for a great day and less fatigue for our ridership. This was one of our longer rides, so it made for a longer day. (Bummer) How many people do you see complaining about having to ride their motorcycle longer?
We stopped at the Barrett Junction Cafe and had a unique dining experience, which is to say that it took a long time to get our food. The poor people were overwhelmed to say the least, but we made the best of it and enjoyed the fellowship none the less.
When lunch was over, we took some pictures then made the trek home. It was a great day of riding and everyone returned home safe! Thanks to Frank, one of our leadership dudes, who provided the chase vehicle due to a sore back. He was down, but not out! Now that's what I call a biker!
